The good functioning and development of Vocational School no. 4 in mun. Balti largely depends on the quality of the educational partnership, on the actors involved, on the conscientiousness of each of those involved in such a relationship. At the present stage we are very open to initiating and supporting viable, long-lasting educational partnerships in order to achieve innovative results or to exchange best practices.

To carry out the practice in production, the responsible persons conclude collaboration contracts with state or private enterprises in mun. Balti and other localities, according to their specialties and subsequent employment in the labor field. On the basis of these contracts, students are assigned to enterprises for practical training.
