Mission
Vocational School no. 4 from mun. Balti offers vocational training services on the basis of secondary education, including vocational training courses for adults, in the fields of electricity and energy, mechanics and metalworking, motor vehicles, ships and aircraft by applying modern, learner-centered education.
We promote a quality education focused on performance, creativity, innovation by applying professional training standards in line with the requirements of the labor market.
The school ensures the formation of a competitive personality, able to adapt quickly in a constantly changing society and to invest throughout life in their own professional development.
Vision
In a new and changing world, Vocational School no. 4 in mun. Balti aims to realize a high-performance educational approach, which will ensure personal and professional development in a climate that encourages students to follow their own training path. Vocational School No. 4 will promote conscious, active learning, oriented towards the values and practices of democratic society.
The tendency of the school is to promote the image of the institution by valorizing the collaboration with economic agents in order to facilitate the insertion on the labor market, as well as the development of the entrepreneurial spirit by creating their own businesses, which would ensure the sustainability of the trades studied.
We will assert ourselves by developing and maintaining partnerships with other schools in the country and abroad, ensuring conditions conducive to quality education.
We aim to participate in various projects, attract additional funds that will lead to the diversification of financial resources for the development of the material base.
